Ingredients:
1kg octopus
500g macaroni of "To Plastiri" brand
2 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped onions
1 glass of olive oil
1 glass of wine
salt, pepper
Cooking:
We clean the octopus and cut it in small slices. We saute the onion and let the octopus stew. We quench with win and let it stew for another 20 minutes. We throw in the tomatoes, salt and pepper and give it time to get softer. We then 1,5 litre of water in the post. A soon as it starts bubbling, we throw in the macaroni of "To Plastiri" brand and let it boil for 3 minutes.
