Ingredients:
2 cups groat of "The Plastiri" brand
4 chopped leeks
4 chopped cloves of garlic
1 small spicy pepper
6 tablespoons oil olive
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking:
We saute the leeks, the garlic, and the pepper. We wash the groat and add it in the pot, along with salt and 4 cups of water. We let it boil for about 10-12 minutes. Shortly before the water is fully absorbed, we take it off the stove. It will take a little while for the other liquids to be absorbed.
